How to
get here…
- PLEASE… print out
the directions and bring them with you for
reference!
- Anything is easy,
once you know how. But unless you have been here
before, play it safe!
- PLEASE… STOP and
CALL from the clubhouse parking lot.
- Parking at the
condo is limited. If parking at the condo is
unavailable, I will let you know that someone will
meet you at the clubhouse parking lot. It’s just a
short walk over the grass from the clubhouse.
When
to arrive…
The doors open at 9:00
am. Please plan to arrive between 9:00 and 9:15 to pick
up your book and get settled. Class starts promptly at
9:30, and we will be turning off our cell phones at that
time.
After that, you’ll be
on your own, so be sure to plan accordingly.
What to bring for lunch…
- Please remember to
bring your lunch! There’s not really time to rush
out and get something.
- A microwave and
refrigerator are available. Many people bring salads
and sandwiches.
- Even if you are
fasting, consider bringing juice or soup…you’ll want
something to “tide you over.”
What
else to bring…
- Yoga or exercise
mat
- Bed pillow
- Large bottle of
water
- Journal or
notebook
- Pen or pencil
You can stuff all these
items into a large laundry or trash bag for easy
transporting.
It’s a long day, and you’ll want to be comfortable. In
previous classes, some people forgot their pillows and
mats and then wished they had brought them!
